Methi Paratha

I always had a doubt how to include methi leaves in our diet. I generally add few of the chopped leaves in sambar , also try adding them in curries.

Stuffed Carrot Paratha

  I found a recipe of stuffed paratha over the internet. I don’t remember the exact recipe but what caught me was that the stuffing was placed in between two chapatis.  This made heavy stuffing in one paratha and also very tasty  SO I started trying all the stuffed parathas the same way.
